Application

The JUDO JUKO LongLive mechanical backwash filter with built-in pressure reducer demonstrates significant efficiency that can be achieved thanks to its specific technical features. It is equipped with a silver coated stainless steel filter cartridge, which effectively prevents the growth of bacteria in the filter itself, thus contributing to the hygiene of drinking water.

It is dedicated for installation in installations with cold water, as well as in all other installations where the temperature of water and the environment does not exceed 30º C. This filter is designed for installation in any type of drinking water installations. The maximum permissible pressure at the entrance to the filter should not exceed 10 bar.

Construction and execution The filter body is made of high-quality plastic, PN 16 with a threaded brass housing. Stainless steel filter cartridge with a nominal filtration accuracy of 100 microns.

The set includes a set of 1" half-screws with gaskets, a pressure gauge and a mounting flange with a patented "Bajonett" connection and the possibility of mounting the filter on a horizontal and vertical pipeline.

Why is it worth filtering water?

Small particles in the water mean big problems in installation. The number of damages caused every year in unprotected pipelines, fittings and equipment is very large.
