ECO80 is a TENS and EMS electrostimulator designed for relief of acute and chronic pain, as well as for building muscle tissue, improving the appearance of the figure and for massage. It is one of the stronger electrostimulators, so it will work even in severe, persistent pains. ECO80 is mains powered.

The ECO80 electrostimulator is network powered and is much more powerful compared to battery-operated devices. Thanks to this, it relieves even very persistent pain of both chronic and acute nature. It is especially recommended for the treatment of symptoms of sciatica, in which there is pain radiating along the limb.

People who suffer from chronic pain and often use an electrostimulator may gradually get used to such stimuli and after some time the analgesic effect may become weaker. This can be prevented by using an electrostimulator with a very high frequency range (max. 1000Hz).

The ECO80 model is equipped with two channels with separate current regulation. The wires that are included in the set allow connection of 4 electrodes at the same time. To use 8 electrodes, you need to purchase additional branches (EAN 5901947047460) to connect 4 electrodes simultaneously on one channel.

All ECOSTIM models are compatible with the most popular and cheapest electrodes with a 2mm PIN/PLUG connector.

ECO80 is made of very durable materials and parts, so it is very durable. The electrostimulator will work both in home use and in massage rooms.

TENS programmes:

1. Sciatica, chronic pain of the spine – the program relieves strong and long-lasting pain of large areas of the body, e.g. back. The program can be used on all sections of the spine.
2. Acute back pain – the program is used to relieve sudden back pain caused by m.in. overload. The program can be used on all sections of the spine.
3. Acute neuralgia, paraesthesia – so-called. neuralgia. These are ailments resulting from nerve damage. The program can also be used for phantom pain.
4. Chronic joint pain – a program for relieving long-term joint pain m.in. in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis.
5. Production of joint endorphins – analgesic effect with prolonged action. TENS currents stimulate the production of endorphins, i.e. happiness hormones produced by our body. Endorphins have analgesic effects and improve overall well-being.

EMS Programmes:

1. Muscle restoration and re-education – therapy of weakened or disappearing muscles, e.g. after prolonged immobilisation or after a stroke.
2. Massage – relaxing massage, relaxing muscles, e.g. shoulders or lumbar spine area. It can also be used on any muscles after sports training.
3. Warm-up – a program to be used before sports training to warm up and activate selected muscles.
4. Sports training – a program aimed at muscle development, increasing their volume.
5. Body shaping – the program is used to sculpt muscles and burn body fat.
6. Muscle toning – increasing muscle strength and endurance.

Other programs:

1. Special program: deep sleep, improvement of vision quality, migraine pain - the device has a program with which you can stimulate the appropriate acupuncture points, which positively affects the quality of sleep.
2. Special program: improving intestinal peristalsis - a program that stimulates the abdominal muscles. This type of electrostimulation has a beneficial effect on bowel movements, accelerates digestion. Use regularly 3-4 times a week to get rid of problems such as constipation or flatulence.

In addition to electrotherapy with TENS and EMS currents, the ECO80 model has such functions as:

• Classical thermotherapy is heating tissues with the use of thermal sleeves. It raises body temperature by 1-2oC.
• FIR infrared thermotherapy – FIR radiators and appropriate wiring (sold separately) should be used for this purpose. This type of therapy works on a similar principle as an infrared sauna, i.e. it heats deep tissues such as muscles, ligaments, joints, but does not increase the temperature of the skin very much.
• Transdermal introduction of drugs - for this purpose, special silicone electrodes are used (included), in which a moistened cotton wool and a portion of the analgesic preparation should be placed. It is important that the drug is water-based, i.e. in the form of a gel. These electrodes can be used using the selected program. TENS current causes the expansion of blood vessels, thanks to which it accelerates the absorption of active substances.
• Acupuncture – a special program: deep sleep, improved vision, migraine pain can be used for electropuncture (or electroacupuncture), a non-invasive method similar to traditional Chinese acupuncture. This allows you to stimulate specific points on the body. For this purpose, it is recommended to use point electrodes, e.g. gel self-adhesive round in size 2,5x2,5cm or manual point electrode typically designed for electropoint (sold separately).
