Two bands allow you to easily change the intensity of your exercises depending on your current training plan. The blue tape provides a resistance of 6,8 to 11,3 kg, while the beige tape provides a resistance of 11,3 to 15,9 kg, thanks to which the set offers a clear gradation of load. You can start with a lighter variant, and with more demanding movements reach for stronger rubber.

✅ Blue tape: resistance 6,8 – 11,3 kg

✅ Beige tape: resistance 11,3 – 15,9 kg

✅ Two intensity levels included

Internal silicone zones increase the stability of the rubbers during subsequent repetitions. They help reduce slipping and painful rolling of the material on the skin or clothing, so you do not have to constantly improve the arrangement of the tape. A more stable position means more comfort and allows you to focus better on your movement technique.

➡ Silicone elements on the inside

➡ Restriction of shifting during exercise

➡ Less risk of rolling material

➡ Greater comfort during subsequent series

The tapes are made of polyamide combined with silicone elements, thanks to which they are prepared for regular stretching during training. The material retains its properties even with more intensive use and ensures smooth operation during movements. You get accessories that you can systematically incorporate into your home exercise plan.
