With Atlas+, you can easily prepare 4 types of pasta with the two included dies:

• Tagliolini (1,5 mm)
• Spaghetti (2 mm)

The new version of Atlas+ takes the dining experience to the next level: it allows you to prepare one additional pasta shape compared to previous models. The compact design allows you to create four types of pasta with a single tool: lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini and spaghetti. You can further expand the variety of shapes with 12 additional accessories available (sold separately). The 10-step thickness adjustment (from 4,8 mm to 0,5 mm) gives you complete control over adjusting the thickness of the pasta to each recipe – from thick lasagna to ultra-thin tagliolini.
