Fats are an essential component of a healthy diet. However, at a much deeper molecular level, fats are crucial for several basic functions in our body.

Unsaturated fatty acids are essential for our lives and proper development. They are found in fats of plant and animal origin in the form of glycerides.

 

  

Essential fatty acids

Omega-3s are the basic building material from which the body takes the ingredients needed to synthesize many substances and structural compounds to build cells, tissues and organs. They have a wide spectrum of properties: they support the reduction of triglycerides, have anti-inflammatory properties, improve the functioning of neuronal cell membranes in the brain, and support proper skin hydration.

Omega-6 are found in unrefined cold-pressed vegetable oils: corn, sunflower, soy, rapeseed, grape seed, evening primrose, coconut, hemp, nut, borage seed and olive oil, and in avocado.

Omega-9 are unsaturated fatty acids in which the double bond is located at the ninth carbon atom in the chain from the end. The human body can synthesize monounsaturated fatty acids on its own, but it is worth taking care of providing them also in the diet.

Evening primrose oil is not only an excellent source of EFAs, it also perfectly cares for atopic skin and skin with eczema. Relieves inflammation of the skin and improves its hydration. Contributes to the alleviation of inflammation.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsules once a day.

How to use: Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water during or after a meal.

Ingredients:Fish oil standardized to contain 35% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 25% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), evening primrose oil standardized to contain 10% GLA (gammalinolenic acid), linseed oil, glycerin, D-alpha tocopherol
