It is obtained from a traditional Japanese fermented soybean product, as a result of the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria, and vitamin D3 was obtained from lanolin, a component of sheep wool, so it is a vitamin produced in the same way as when human skin is exposed to sunlight.
