Ingredients: Alpha-Ketoglutarate L-Arginine, capsule shell: beef gelatin, purified water. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soya, peanut, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, egg, shellfish, fish.
How to use: Consume two capsules (one serving) with plenty of water. Use once a day, about 30 minutes before training.
