Ingredients : 42% tribulus extract [fruit] (Tribulus terrestris L.) [95% saponins], maltodextrin, capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts .

Directions for use: Take 1 capsule daily with an appropriate amount of liquid. On training days: 1 capsule 30 minutes before training. On non-training days: 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings : The product should not be consumed if you are taking medication for high blood pressure or diabetes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients.
