This is one of the most important vitamins for the body. It strengthens the skeletal system, increases bone mineralization, affects the formation of teeth, regulates insulin secretion. It strengthens immunity and has anti-inflammatory properties.

The effect of vitamin K2 is similar to vitamin K1.
