MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE. Dietary supplement. Product in capsules, containing magnesium diglycinate and vitamin B6. 1Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 2Magnesium helps in the proper functioning of muscles.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 capsules.

How to use:

A single portion of the product – 3 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving a day preferably during a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

**Reference intake

Ingredients:

81 % magnesium diglycinate (magnesium), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,1 % pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

The product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
