How to use:

  • Dissolve a single portion of the product - 3 g (0,5 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day.
  • On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.
  • On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion before bedtime.
  • Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
