Vitamin D stimulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and prevents their excessive excretion in the urine, which has a significant impact not only on the proper formation of bones in children, adults and their appropriate density, but also on the condition of our teeth. If the body cannot take enough calcium from food, it takes it from the bones. The presence of the vitamin in the body has a positive effect on the nervous system and muscle contractions, e.g. hearts. On the other hand, the optimal calcium content has a positive effect on the conduction of nerve impulses.

Vitamin D has a beneficial effect on the skin, relieves inflammation, regulates blood sugar levels by secreting insulin. Vitamin D is one of the most underestimated vitamins for human health. Its deficiencies can lead not only to rickets or osteoporosis, but also - as evidenced by recent findings of doctors from around the world - large disorders of the immune system, Hashimoto's disease and even mental illnesses.

Although calcium is essential for maintaining health, its abnormal metabolism can lead to disorders such as osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease. It turns out that the key factor regulating this element in the body is vitamin K2. Insufficient vitamin K2 levels lead to reduced bone mineral density, a major risk factor for osteoporosis and excess calcium in the arterial wall, which increases the risk of heart disease. Studies have shown that even small amounts of vitamin K2 strongly help fight heart disease by controlling calcium-regulating proteins in vascular tissue, keeping calcium away from arteries and preventing the formation of dangerous calcification plaques.

Vitamin K2 is found in much smaller amounts in the diet than vitamin K1. Therefore, most of us eat few foods rich in vitamin K2. Current dietary recommendations for vitamin K focus on the amount that is necessary to regulate blood clotting and usually ignore the amount needed to maintain healthy bones and arteries.

Usage: One (1) capsule a day during a meal with water.

Other ingredients: rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropylcellulose, thickener: tapioca dextrin, emulsifier: calcium hydrogen phosphate. Contains soy.

Contraindications: Pregnancy and breastfeeding, hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.
