Ingredients: 81 % collagen hydrolyzate type I SOLUGEL™; capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Usage: Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with plenty of water, preferably during or immediately after a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.
