Ingredients: 30 % chondroitin sulfate, 18 % sodium hyaluronate, 15 % L-proline, 15 % vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.
