It supplements the daily diet with calcium, magnesium and zinc necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
Adults three (3) tablets a day, preferably with a meal or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Do not use other products containing calcium, magnesium or zinc.
