With age, however, we have less and less of it, so it is worth taking care of supplementing the diet with this important ingredient. In the preparation of the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand, this collagen comes in two forms – hydrolyzate type I and type II. This is over 10 g of collagen protein important for maintaining healthy bones!

In addition to collagen, Olimp Flex Xplode® contains vitamins C and D and calcium and magnesium minerals. Noteworthy here are solid portions of these vitamins.
