Rodzina Zdrowia D3 Optima Drops 400 IU,10ml

Vitamin D supplementation is recommended to start from the first days of life of infants starting from 400 IU of vitamin D per day. In the period from September to April or throughout the year, if there is no adequate skin synthesis (due to the use of creams with UV filter, covering the skin with clothes, etc. ) supplementation is recommended in the amount of 600-1000 IU per day in healthy children and 800 - 2000 IU in adolescents and adults.

Vitamin D helps with:

• proper functioning of the immune system,
• maintaining healthy bones and teeth,
• proper functioning of muscles,
• maintaining normal levels of calcium in the blood,
• proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Vitamin D is needed for normal bone growth and development in children.

RECOMMENDED INTAKE

Take after or during a meal.

Infants from 1. day of life: 1 dosing pump per day.

Children: 1 - 2 dosing pumps per day.

Adolescents and adults: 2 - 5 dosing pumps per day.
