Dietary supplement DOPPELHERZ AKTIV For contractions is a high dose of magnesium and potassium, which is recommended to ensure proper muscle contractility and to replenish electrolytes in the body. Water-electrolyte balance in the body plays a key role for the proper functioning of skeletal muscles, contractility of the heart muscle and blood vessels.

• Potassium and magnesium participate in normal neuromuscular conduction and in the mechanism of muscle contraction. Both elements are important electrolytes, the proper supply of which is especially necessary during intense exercise and fluid loss.
• Potassium – by affecting the proper functioning of smooth muscles – also participates in maintaining normal blood pressure.
• Zinc helps maintain acid-base balance in the body. Together with chromium, they participate in maintaining blood glucose levels.
• Iron, vitamins B6, B12 participate in the energy metabolism of cells and reduce the effects of fatigue.
• In addition, vit. B6 increases magnesium absorption, and iron allows oxygen to be transported through the blood.

Application / indication

DOPPELHERZ AKTIV For contractions use:

• with the loss of electrolytes as a result of intense physical exertion and sweating,
• increased urination,
• vomiting,
• for people on a poor/balancing diet (excess carbohydrates and proteins)
• for people who consume large amounts of coffee and/or tea
• in states of weakness of the body, fatigue, fatigue.

Ingredients

Dosage DOPPELHERZ AKTIV For cramps

Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with plenty of liquid. The tablet can be divided for easier swallowing.
