How to use Zinc 15?

Recommended portion: 75 mg (two full scoops) once a day, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before a meal or in the evening, at least 2 hours after dinner – if you have stomach problems in the morning. Before consumption, mix in 200 ml of warm (but not boiling) water or sour juice (e.g. orange), which may improve absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.
