How is Resveratrol + NAD⁺ used?

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules, preferably in the morning, on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before a meal. For a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take 2 hours after eating. Drink a glass of water. Do not drink coffee, tea, juice or milk.
