Anhydrous caffeine 200 mg per capsule – 90 servings per pack
PROMAKER CAFFEINE is a dietary supplement in capsules with anhydrous caffeine. One capsule contains exactly 200 mg of caffeine – the content is repeatable in each serving, unlike coffee, in which the amount of caffeine varies depending on the beans and the method of brewing (an espresso cup is usually from several dozen to approx. 180 mg). The package contains 90 capsules, or 90 daily servings – a supply for the whole quarter with one capsule per day.
Three-component, minimalist composition
The list of ingredients ends at the third position: anhydrous caffeine, crystalline cellulose and capsule shell. No sugar, sweeteners, colours, flavours or preservatives, no magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide. The product does not contain gluten or lactose and does not provide calories – an alternative to sweetened energy drinks for people who want to control the supply of sugar.
Composition – 1 serving (1 capsule): Caffeine (anhydrous) – 200 mg
Other ingredients: crystalline cellulose, capsule shell (beef gelatin). For caffeine, no reference intake (RWS) has been established.
Note: the product is not suitable for vegans and vegetarians – the capsule shell contains beef gelatin.
Method of use: 1 capsule a day, drink plenty of water – preferably 20 to 30 minutes before the planned physical or mental effort. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Take the last portion at least 6 hours before bedtime. It is worth remembering that the total supply of caffeine from all sources (coffee, tea, drinks, supplements) in healthy adults should not exceed 400 mg per day, and a single serving – 200 mg.
Important: High caffeine content – the product is not indicated for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet; the basis for the proper functioning of the body is a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to caffeine, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, insomnia, anxiety disorders and while taking medications – if in doubt, consult a doctor. Do not combine with alcohol. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
