USE:

• 300 mg of caffeine, which effectively stimulates the body to work, improves focus and increases strength, so you can do an excellent workout even on the day when you feel tired and drowsy. • 300 mg L-theanine, which in combination with caffeine showed a significant improvement in cognitive functions. Interestingly, L-theanine combined with caffeine work much more effectively than caffeine itself or L-theanine itself, so you will not only improve your focus, but also feel the caffeine stimulating effect even more strongly. You will achieve a better focus on training, avoid distractions and do a much better job.
• 12 mg capsaicin, which according to studies shows a significant ergogenic effect on muscle endurance and reduces RPE, so later you will feel tired and you will probably be able to perform 1-2 repetitions more than without supplementation, and remember that it is these final, heaviest movements in the series that are the most important.
