Properties:
- Omega 3-6-9 contains unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 - EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega 6 - LA and Omega 9 - OA.
- Vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
- In addition, DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and maintaining normal vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA per day.
