Lactofem Forte is a dietary supplement powder designed to supplement the daily diet of breastfeeding women. The formula contains barley malt extract, barley and oat beta-glucans, lemon balm and hop extracts, as well as vitamins B1, B3, B7, folic acid and vitamin D3.

The product contains 94,7% ingredients of natural origin and is distinguished by a pleasant apple taste. The package contains 14 sachets of 8 g.

Ingredients:

barley malt extract, concentrated apple juice,apple flavour, extract of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) standardized to 70% beta-glucan,lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) DER 4:1, acacia fiber, owsa extract (Avena sativa L.) standardized to 80% beta-glucan,hop cones extract (Humulus lupulus L.) DER 4:1, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), colecalciferol (vitamin D3),thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroilomonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

Use and safety:

• Recommended use: 1 to 2 sachets a day, during a meal. It is best to consume from 30 minutes to 1 hour before the planned feeding or expressing food.
• Preparation method: pour the contents of the sachet into about 150 ml of cool or warm water or milk and mix thoroughly. The powder can also be combined with yogurt.
• Recommendations: use can be started after completion of 2. days after childbirth, if there is no milk infusion. The manufacturer recommends using for a minimum of 12 days.
• Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. People taking medicines should consult a doctor before use.
• Allergens: contains cereal derivatives containing gluten. May contain derivatives of soi and milk.
• Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
• A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
