⭐ OstroVit Omega 3-6-9⭐ is a dietary supplement that is a source of valuable unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, as well as omega-6 and omega-9, and additionally provides the body with vitamin E. It is a preparation in the form of easy-to-swallow capsules, which is recommended in particular to people distinguished by increased demand for the above-mentioned compounds.

✅Source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids - one serving of the dietary supplement provides the body with 144 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 96 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), as well as 300 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

✅The richness of omega-6 and omega-9 - two capsules contain 380 mg of linoleic acid (LA) and 207 mg of oleic acid (OA).

How to consume Omega 3-6-9❓

➡ Consume 1 serving (2 capsules) per day, preferably after a meal. Drink enough water. In pregnant and lactating women, use after consulting a doctor.

❗ Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Keep out of reach of young children.

Store at 15-25°C, in a closed container, in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.

OstroVit Omega 3-6-9 - a source of valuable unsaturated fatty acids

✔ Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that are not synthesized in the human body, therefore they must be delivered to the body along with a daily diet or, if necessary, in the form of supplements. The preparation OstroVit uses both alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which can be found primarily in linseed oil, as well as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), i.e. compounds whose source are mainly fatty marine fish.

✔ Omega 6 fatty acids are compounds belonging to the group of essential unsaturated fatty acids that are part of cell membranes. The OstroVit Omega 3-6-9 supplement uses linoleic acid (LA), derived from sunflower oil and flax seeds, which can also be found in other vegetable oils, e.g. in grape seed oil.

✔ Omega 9 fatty acids are unsaturated fats whose representative (used in the product OstroVit) is oleic acid (OA). The main food source of the compound is olive oil, although oleic acid is also found in rapeseed oil, oil obtained from hazelnuts, sunflower seed oil or flax seeds.

✔ Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins, among which D-alpha-tocopherol shows the greatest biological activity used in the preparation. It is a compound that is stored in the human body primarily in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands. In food, however, it occurs mainly in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds and seeds.
