Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6). Manufactured in a facility using ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended daily intake :

Consume 1 serving (3 tablets) daily, before bedtime. The preparation is intended for adults.
