How to consume Carbo❓

✔ Carbohydrates is one of the basic macronutrients necessary for the proper functioning of the human body, which m.in. It is the main source of energy in the system. The preparation OstroVit uses maltodextrin, a compound obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, which does not linger in the stomach, and is additionally distinguished by high bioavailability and digestibility, as well as dextrose, which is a right-handed version of glucose and as a source of easily digestible carbohydrates, is characterized by rapid absorption into the bloodstream.

✔ Potassium - a chemical element with the symbol K, which can be found m.in. in dry seeds of legumes, nuts, spinach, potatoes or pumpkin.

✔ Sodium - a chemical element with the symbol Na, which is most often delivered to the body along with kitchen salt and products containing this ingredient, m.in. sausages or bread.

✔ Calcium - a chemical element with the symbol Ca, which can be found m.in. in milk and dairy products, as well as in sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, kale, nuts or tofu.

✔ Magnesium - a chemical element with the symbol Mg, which occurs m.in. in whole grain cereal products, as well as seeds and nuts.
