How to use?

Recommended daily dose: 1 serving per day - depending on body weight, the following dosage of the product is suggested:

• up to a weight of 75 kg - 1 serving 6 g,
• 75 kg - 90 kg - 1 serving 12 g,
• more than 90 kg - 1 serving 18 g,

about 30 minutes before training. The portion size for a given weight can be modified depending on individual needs, planned intensity of effort and sensitivity to the action of the preparation.

Dissolve 1 serving of 6 g (1/2 scoop) in 100 ml of water. Dissolve 12 g and 18 g portions in 200 ml and 300 ml of water, respectively. Consume immediately after preparation.
