The fact that vitamin D3, which can be found in the NOW Foods supplement, is necessary for the proper functioning of the body, does not need to convince anyone. It takes part in the construction of bones helping to maintain the proper condition of the skeletal system. However, most of us have trouble delivering this vitamin naturally – through meals and sun exposure. This is because we spend too little time outdoors, and even if it is often the weather that does not spoil us.

Although the combination of vitamins D3 and K2 seems to be quite obvious, not everyone is aware of why. D3 makes the absorption of calcium (from meals and supplements) greater. However, you also need its transporter, which will make it go to the bones, not to the soft tissues. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), modified starch, maltodextrin and silicon dioxide.

The product is not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts or sesame seeds. It is manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing fat.
