Valerian Root by NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement that will help you relax and calm down. One capsule contains 1000 mg of Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), also called valerian. This herb has been known and used in folk medicine for centuries.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) has several contraindications.
