NOW's Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fish oils, borage, and flax seeds. This combination of well-known nutrient oils has been combined in carefully selected proportions to achieve balanced proportions of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids.

Omega-3, alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA) and Omega-6, GLA, play an important role in maintaining healthy skin and immune system function. Omega-9 fatty acid supports healthy cardiovascular function.

The fish oil concentrate used is manufactured in accordance with strict quality control standards. It has been tested for potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins and other contaminants).

Each serving of the product can provide the following amounts of naturally occurring polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats:

Ingredients: borago officinalis seed oil; flaxseed oil, fractionated Peruvian mackerel oil, sardines and anchovies; capsule material: beef gelatin; dissolving substances: glycerin, water; antioxidant: soybean extract standardized to tocopherols (including D-alpha-tocopherol). D-alpha tocopherol from non-genetically modified soybeans. Contains allergens: soy, fish: sardines, anchovies, mackerel.

Usage: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to follow a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
