Saw Palmetto Extract by NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement designed for men's health. Each capsule contains 320 mg of natural Sabal palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens) and 80 mg of pumpkin seed oil.

The saw palmetto comes from the southeastern United States. The extract of its fruit is characterized by a very rich composition. It contains flavonoids, sterols and bioactive fatty acids. It has a positive effect on the male endocrine system. It facilitates the reduction of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) levels and promotes the increase in the concentration of the desired testosterone. Thanks to this, it ensures optimal functioning of the prostate and helps in the proper flow of urine. Saw palmetto may also be effective in counteracting androgenic alopecia in men.

Pumpkin seed oil is known for its all-sided health-promoting properties, thanks to which it is willingly used in traditional herbal medicine. It is an excellent source of wholesome vegetable fats, which are dominated by unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) m.in. omega-6 acid.
