NAC by NOW Foods is a high-quality dietary supplement with a wide range of properties. Each capsule contains as much as 600 mg of n-acetylcysteine (NAC), which is a stable form of the amino acid cysteine important for the functioning of the body. Its action is supported by molybdenum and selenium contained in the supplement.

N-acetylcysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that acts as a stabilizer for the formation of protein structures. It builds keratin, which is a protein that forms the skin, hair and nails. It also takes part in the production of collagen, thanks to which it improves the elasticity and structure of the skin. N-acetylcysteine is also essential for the formation of a very powerful antioxidant - glutathione, which protects the liver and ensures its detoxification.

Selen, on the other hand, ensures the proper course of spermatogenesis. Helps maintain healthy hair and nails. It helps in the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and protects cells from oxidative stress.
