HIGH BIOAVAILABILITY: A balanced proportion of minerals and vitamins allows to achieve a high synergy effect of biologically active components of the complex. The active ingredients complement each other and strengthen each other's action and ensure high effectiveness of the complex in the absorption of calcium and magnesium minerals with vitamin K and vitamin D in capsules. All this has a significant impact on the strength of bones and teeth.

PROPERTIES OF PRODUCT INGREDIENTS:

- CALCIUM: The building block of bones and teeth (99% of calcium is found in bone tissue).

- Health promotion: blood clotting, energy metabolism, muscle function and neurotransmitters (for sports), digestive enzyme function

- Plays a role in regulating cell division and cell specialization.

- MAGNESIUM:

- Regulates calcium absorption, regular growth, flexibility and bone tissue strength to improve activity and performance.

- VITAMIN K:

- Essential for the activation of osteocalcin, a bone structural protein. In the absence of vitamin K, the structure of bone tissue is disturbed.

- VITAMIN D:

- Regulates calcium absorption in the gut and calcium reabsorption in the kidneys. In the absence of vitamin D, most of the calcium that enters the body is not absorbed.

In our complex, calcium and magnesium are in the form of carbonates: vitamin K in the form of K1 and vitamin D in the form of D3.
