Ingredients of PRENACAPS MULTI 1: magnesium (magnesium citrate),vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), pullulan (capsule shell),zinc (zinc citrate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin),niacin (nicotinic acid amide), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate from soya),pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (5'-pyridoxal phosphate),vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate),folate (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydropholic acid),iodine (potassium iodide), selenium (l-selenomethionine), biotin (D-biotin),vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Ingredients of PRENACAPS DHA: fish oil from anchovis, beef gelatin, moisture retainer: glycerol, antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols (from soy).

Method of consumption: Take 2 capsules of MULTI 1 and 2 capsules of DHA 1 time a day with a meal.

Protect from light, store in a dry place, at temperatures up to 25°C. Keep out of reach of young children. The products should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. Products cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/ day from various sources.

The product PRENACAPS multi 1 contains in its composition a whole range of vitamins and minerals and the unification does not contain any additives, odor neutralizers, etc. The combination of selenium and B2 can give the effect of a very intense smell, but this is a normal situation for this supplement and certainly not the effect of the unfitness of the product for consumption only its natural form
