Hyaluronic acid is a compound from the group of glycosaminoglycans, substances forming the structure of living organisms. Each molecule of hyaluronic acid resembles a bridge suspended in the intercellular space, to which it can “moor” up to 250 molecules of water. This property of maintaining tissue hydration is determined by m.in. about the features of young skin appearance: tension, elasticity and smoothness.
Hyaluronic acid was detected in the vitreous body of the eye in 1934. Since then, it has been the subject of numerous studies that have confirmed its presence in various tissues (m.in. articular cartilage and synovial fluid). The compound proved to be a grateful object of analysis, which led to the spread of its use in medicine and cosmetology. Over time, it was also discovered that the properties of the substance depend largely on the average size of the molecules studied. Hence the division into small molecule hyaluronic acid (used mainly in aesthetic medicine) and large molecule hyaluronic acid.
Supplementation of large molecular acid, in addition to increasing the elasticity and hydration of various body structures, supports the proper course of processes related to tissue healing. Large molecules coat the receptors responsible for participation in inflammatory processes, thereby modulating their course. Hyaluronic acid is also involved in increasing the number of new vessels and supporting the mechanisms of tissue regeneration.
It is also worth mentioning the external application. Large molecular acid does not penetrate into the stratum corneum of the epidermis. It coats it, limiting the loss of water by the tissue. This positively affects the hydration, smoothing and elasticity of the skin. The gel with hyaluronic acid also increases the effectiveness of other active substances, perfectly complementing the formulas of numerous cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

1 capsule contains 200 mg of hyaluronic acid sodium. Hyaluronic acid content: min. 90%. Particle size: 1000 kDa. Product obtained by the process of glucose fermentation by Streptococcus zooepidemicus. Cellulose capsule.
Recommended use:
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Content in daily portion (1 capsule): 200 mg sodium of hyaluronic acid 1000 kDa.
