What is inositol?
Inositol is a compound belonging to the group of polyols, which is a natural component of cell membranes. It supports intercellular signaling and participates in the transmission of signals of certain hormones. It also acts as an osmolyte, helping to maintain normal cellular function in tissues with high glucose requirements, such as the brain, heart or ovaries [2, 4].
Active ingredients
In 1 capsule:
- Inositol - 600 mg
- Paraguayan holly extract (Ilex paraguariensis, 4:1) — 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 0,70 mg (50% RWS)
Ingredients: inositol, Paraguayan holly extract (Ilex paraguariensis 4:1), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule shell: glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose).
Method of use
Take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Use in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women is not recommended. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
