What is Inositol?
Inositol is a compound belonging to the polyol group and is a natural component of cell membranes. It supports intercellular signaling and participates in the transmission of signals from certain hormones. It also acts as an osmolyte, helping to maintain proper cell function in tissues with high glucose demand, such as the brain, heart, and ovaries [2, 4].
Active Ingredients
Per 1 capsule:
- Inositol — 600 mg
- Yerba Mate Extract (Ilex paraguariensis, 4:1) — 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) — 0.70 mg (50% NRV)
Ingredients: inositol, yerba mate extract (Ilex paraguariensis 4:1), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule shell: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
