Irish moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals, vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, and is particularly rich in calcium and iodine.

VESICULAR HAKE - Fucus vesiculosus algae are a natural source of calcium, iodine, and other essential minerals, and they also contain bromine, potassium, and magnesium.
