Mamadha Premium + contains a properly selected composition of DHA, vitamins and minerals of ingredients that support the body of a woman planning pregnancy, pregnant and breastfeeding, and the proper development of the fetus and breastfed baby.
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) consumed by the mother supports the proper development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 200 mg of DHA per day above the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
- Folians (pteroilomonoglutamic acid and calcium L-methylfolate) help in the proper production of blood, participate in the process of cell division and help in the proper functioning of the immune system.
- Iodine helps in the proper production of thyroid hormones and the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. It contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining normal cognitive functions.
- Vitamin D is important for maintaining healthy maternal bones, as well as normal bone growth and development in the baby. Vitamin D supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system, it is also involved in the process of cell division.
