Magnesium and Potassium have complementary effects, affecting the work of skeletal muscles and supporting the work of the nervous system. Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium occurrence, it is one of the best assimilated forms of magnesium. It shows very good solubility and stability, which is why it is one of the most recommended magnesium preparations, thanks to which magnesium goes to our body, and is not excreted. Magnesium also increases the absorption of potassium from the gastrointestinal tract, and Vitamin B6, which you will also find in our supplement in addition to its action, also increases the absorption of magnesium by up to 40% and allows proper transport of microelements to the body's tissues, which allows you to maintain the proper concentration of magnesium.
