is a protein i.e. A small molecule peptide that can get inside a cell. When consumed orally, it is resistant to digestive enzymes, gets into the blood and then into the cells. Lunasin occurs naturally in the form of a protein complex (albumin 2s) along with a signal peptide, which in biochemistry means that even a small amount of it does not exclude a positive reaction of our cells receptors to it.
Our preparation contains lunasin isolated from organic soy varieties, not genetically modified.
