INDICATIONS: Increased lactation and supplementation of the diet of breastfeeding women.

Lactofem Forte is intended for lactating women. The product provides special selected nutrients specific to the nutrition of the nursing woman's body. The use of barley malt and beta-glucan base will lead to increased lactation levels in lactating women. In addition, Lactofem Forte has been enriched with B vitamins and vitamin D3, which pass into breast milk affecting its quality and nutritional value for the child. Lemon balm leaf extract and hop cones have a calming and relaxing effect.

HOW TO USE: 1-2 sachets a day during a meal. It is recommended to consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before the planned feeding / expressing of food. The contents of the sachet should be poured into approx. 150 ml of milk or water (cooled or warm) and mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. The product can also be mixed with natural or flavored yogurt. The use of the product is recommended from the end of the second day after childbirth in the absence of a milk supply. Minimum duration of use 12 days. There are no contraindications to prolonged use of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. People taking medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the supplement.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. The product contains cereals that are a source of gluten (from barley malt).
