KFD Premium Beta-Alanine is pure beta-alanine without unnecessary fillers and thickeners, containing (in flavor versions) only the necessary additives. Beta-Alanine is a compound that is the building block of carnosine - a dipeptide accumulated in muscles. Carnosine is made from Beta-Alanine and L-Histidine, and while the latter can usually be delivered without any problems in food, providing more Beta-Alanine may require supplementation. Beta alanine has been used for years in products such as pre-workout supplements, but more and more often it is talked about constant supplementation with this amino acid, regardless of whether we train on a given day or not.

Note: batches marked from: 1/12/2023 contain a small 1 ml scoop instead of a larger 10 ml. For measuring new batches of the product according to the instructions on the package, use only the measuring cup provided with the product.

Product Notes:

• The recommended amount of water used to prepare 1 serving is slightly different than shown on the package.
• Beta-Alanine has hygroscopic properties (it is susceptible to moisture absorption). Creation of the so-called. clumping does not mean loss of product properties. However, we recommend sealing the packaging tightly after each use to limit moisture from the environment.

NOTE - The flavor recipe was developed for 100 ml of water or juice. The information on the packaging ("150 - 200 ml") took into account the manufacturer's suggestions regarding the amount of liquid to be consumed with beta-alanine administration.

METHOD OF USE:

800 mg three times daily. One serving - 800 mg (about 1/10 scoop) should be poured into a dish with 50-100 ml of water or juice and mixed. Use immediately after preparation, depending on individual needs. To measure the exact portion, it is suggested to use a scale.
