Ingredients:

milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. ), artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (glazing agent - hydroxypropylcellulose), standardized extract of annual pepper fruit (Capsicum annum L.) incl. 8% capsaicin.

Recommended daily dose:

Take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably after a meal.
