As already proven in 2000 by scientists from Western Washington University, 8-week supplementation of a mineral-vitamin preparation that combines zinc and magnesium chelates with vitamin B6 increases the level of free testosterone by nearly 40% in strength training athletes compared to an inactive placebo.
