The composition of this preparation is in three positions, two of which are active substances. GymBeam Vitamin C + Zinc provides 500 mg of L-ascorbic acid and 15 mg of zinc in one tablet, i.e. 625 and 150 percent of the reference intake, respectively. The third ingredient is magnesium stearate as an anti-caking agent. The 120 tablet pack is 120 daily doses.

Lack of filler is rare with tablets, because you usually need it to give them volume. Here, the mass of active substances is enough to compress the tablet without additives. Zinc is given in the form of gluconate, or gluconic acid salts.

Why Vitamin C and Zinc Go Together

1 tablet: vitamin C 500 mg (625 percent RWS), zinc 15 mg (150 percent RWS). Ingredients: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, magnesium stearate. Recommended use: one tablet per day. The product is not intended for children and pregnant and breastfeeding women.
