PRENACAPS is a line of dietary supplements designed for women trying to have a baby, pregnant and breastfeeding.

PRENACAPS MULTI 2 + DHA is a complex of 18 ingredients for women from 13. week of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

High assimilability and active forms

PRENACAPS MULTI 2 contains highly absorbable and active forms of ingredients (m.in. zinc citrate, methylcobalamin). It also includes a biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with proven high bioavailability

600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA

PRENACAPS DHA contains 600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA derived from fish oil from anchovies. Product tested for heavy metal content.

The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends consuming at least 600 mg of DHA by pregnant and lactating women. It also recommends that the source of fish DHA should be small fish.

Transparent composition in glass packaging

Products do not contain m.in. artificial fillers, preservatives and sweeteners.

Usage: MULTI 2 - Take 2 capsules 1 time a day with a meal. DHA - consume 2 capsules 1 time a day during a meal.

Storage:

Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place. The dietary supplement should be stored out of reach of young children.

Precautions:

The products should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. Products cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D / day from various sources.
