Vitamins A and E are found in some foods but are sensitive to temperature. Therefore, they are usually lost during cooking. Vitamins A and E have a scientifically proven beneficial effect on the proper functioning of the body:

Vitamin A for:

• correct vision

• normal condition of mucous membranes
• iron metabolism

Vitamin E for:

• protecting cells from oxidative stress and slowing down the aging process (vitamin E is one of the strongest natural antioxidants)

Sources of vitamins:

Vitamin A is obtained in one of the best European laboratories in the synthesis process (synthesis - the process of joining).

Vitamin E (a mixture of natural tocopherols) is obtained from vegetables.

MCT oil

In Dr. Jacob’s products with fat-soluble vitamins, we use the fatty acid fraction MCT, obtained from coconut oil. Unlike coconut oil itself, rich in saturated fatty acids, which, as a food product, are not beneficial to health, medium-chain fatty acids MCT have many beneficial health and dietary properties, many of which are scientifically proven. One of them is that MCT does not adversely affect the lipid profile of the blood and does not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The use of MCT has a very beneficial effect on the durability of dissolved vitamins in this oil. Compared to other oils, MCT also has a much higher resistance to rancidity. Thanks to this, Dr. Jacob’s vitamins can have a maximum allowable shelf life (2 years) and remain fresh long after the first opening of the bottle. MCT oil has no taste, which is important when giving vitamins to young children.

Ingredients: MCT oil (from coconut), tocopherol blend (natural vitamin E), retinol palmitate, aroma – bergamot oil.

Recommended daily intake and method of use: drop under the tongue or given on a teaspoon. With increased demand 2-3 drops. Drizzle into the mouth and spread over it with your tongue. Children up to 18 months of age (after consulting a doctor): 1 drop. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a balanced diet.

Vitamin A+E for your skin

The product Vitamin A+E can be used not only as a dietary supplement – it is also great for external use!

Regardless of whether you buy cosmetics or make them yourself, you can add Vitamin A+E drops to your cosmetics – face or hand cream, hair shampoo, body lotion, mask, cream or nail conditioner.

If the consistency and packaging of the cosmetic allows it – you can drop the product, e.g. into a cream container or shampoo bottle and mix. If the packaging does not allow for good mixing of vitamins with cosmetics – do it in a separate container just before applying the cosmetic or directly on the skin.

All ingredients of Vitamin A+E have beneficial effects on the skin and hair:

• Vitamins A and E support skin and hair health, slow down the aging process, protect against oxygen radicals, soothe irritations, prevent dryness.

• MCT coconut oil gently lubricates the skin and hair to form a protective layer.

Our proposal

For 1 ml of cream / lotion / conditioner or 1 g of mask add 1-2 drops of the product Vitamin A+E (i.e. for 50 ml / 50 g of product add 50 - 100 drops).

In shampoos, you can apply 0,5-1 drops per 1 ml (for example: for 50 ml of shampoo add 25-50 drops).
