Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate is a highly effective product whose ingredients promote the acid-base balance of the body and the delivery of important basic elements (magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc).

Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate is 95% citrate – natural substances found in cells and responsible for proper food burning and acid-base balance. Citrate is easily absorbed and does not change the pH of the intestine – they work only at the cellular level.

Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate contains only trace amounts of sodium (as in natural foods), which in large quantities badly affects the intestinal environment and raises pressure.

Daily portion Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate contains as many alkaline substances as 1,6 kg of fresh vegetables!

Important: deacidifying products based mainly on sodium bicarbonate or various carbonates change the pH of the stomach and intestines to alkaline, which can bring various adverse health effects (heartburn, hyperacidity, growth of improper intestinal flora).

Product Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate complemented by:

• zinc important for normal metabolism,
• vitamin D needed to absorb calcium and phosphorus and maintain calcium levels in the blood.

Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate contains more citrate than Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate tablets. It is also more recommended for people who have a feeling similar to heartburn or hyperacidity in the stomach due to a specific diet.

The product is recommended especially for athletes, intensively training, the elderly, stressed.

Ingredients Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate have a proven beneficial effect on the following bodily functions:

– potassium citrate (potassium) – supports proper pressure, strengthens muscles and nerves,

– magnesium citrate (magnesium) – affects the proper muscle tone and electrolyte balance and proper nerve transmission,

– calcium citrate – strengthens teeth and bones, supports metabolism and proper functioning of digestive enzymes,

– zinc – supports proper acid metabolism and metabolism of fatty acids and carbohydrates, strengthens immunity, bones, hair and nails,

– vitamin D – strengthens bones, teeth and muscles, supports proper cell division, strengthens immunity.

The portion recommended for consumption during the day:

- persons aged 15-65 years: 1 to 2 times flat scoop (approx. 4,5g);

- persons aged 5-15 years and over 65 years: one scoop.

Mix the powder in 250 ml of water or juice and drink with a meal. Measure in the package. Shake before first opening.

NOTE: The full daily dose of the product (2 scoops) should not be consumed by the elderly, people with kidney disease, insulin-resistant diabetes, hypertension, heart rhythm disorders.

Do not use in: renal failure, alkalosis, hyperkalaemia. For potassium disorders, use only after consulting a doctor. When used in excess, it can have a laxative effect.

Magnesium Potassium Calcium Citrate should be drunk with a meal.

Add a scoop of the product to your favorite fruit or vegetable smoothie.

Isotonic Alkaline Drink: to half a liter of water, can be slightly carbonated, add half a scoop of product and a few drops of lemon juice.

Alkaline drink: to half a liter of water, can be slightly carbonated, add a whole scoop (4,5 g) of the product and a few drops of lemon juice.

Cholenic Drink – stimulation for metabolism: up to half a liter of Alkaline Drink add 1 ml (30 drops)

It is rich in lactic acid, B vitamins and choline, which supports the proper metabolism of fats and homocysteine and liver function

Ingredients: potassium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate (magnesium salt of citric acid), magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide, natural citrus flavor, zinc citrate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, vegan, from lichens).
